Due to the new packaging laws in the EU, I've suspended shipments there until I'm able to work out a solution.

International packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. 

These charges are the customers responsibility; such charges are not included in the costs of your order as we have no way of calculating it. 

By placing an order, the customer accepts and acknowledges their respective country’s laws, regulations and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.

All orders will be shipped starting from the 10th of November; If you have any pre-order items in your order, it will be shipped at the end of November.

Due to the new tariffs in the US, there may be delays in processing orders to the US. In the worst case scenario your order will be cancelled if I am unable to ship it.

Orders are shipped from Australia. Our courier has raised prices due to the ongoing fuel shortages, and some services have been suspended due to flight cancellations and government restrictions. 

To ensure your order gets to you safely, every order will come with a tracking number.

All orders are packed in a bubble mailer to prevent damage.

All small prints will come in a plastic sleeve and have a 700gsm backing board, to prevent water damages and bending.

All large prints will also be shipped in a tube mailer by default. Please do not order large prints if you are not okay with your prints being rolled.

If you are ordering other small prints and merchandise with large prints, they will also be shipped in the tube mailer - please keep this in mind when placing an order! 

If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it within 48 hours. Please send an email to oretsuu.store@gmail.com along with your order number and we will arrange it for you.

We offer standard shipping on all orders globally. All orders are tracked by default, to ensure it won't get lost! 

Please choose wisely, as after your order has been shipped we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds! 

If we haven't mailed out your order yet and would like to add to or modify your order to save additional shipping costs, please send an email to oretsuu.store@gmail.com with your order number and the modifications/additions.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we also accept PayPal for secure and convenient payments.

We do not do refunds or replacements if the order doesn’t arrive due to an incorrect address - so please double check before placing your order!

If you would like your prints signed, please request it in the check-out notes! I will sign the bottom left or right corner by default if not specified.
